Shruti loses four kgs for Baji item song

Shruti Marathe is all set to scorch the big screen with her dancing skills. The actress has recently completed the shoot for an item number in Shreyas Talpade���s Baji.
The item song, Masoli, will see Shruti donning a traditional yet chic avatar with a specially designed nauvari saree. Speaking about it, she said, ���Following a day of rehearsal, we shot the song in two days.As this is my first Marathi item number, I wanted to look my best and lost about four kgs for it. An out and out dance number, the song has a hint of the popular Marathi folk dance form- Koligeet. Shreyas too makes an appearance in the song for a few seconds.���
The song which is a night sequence, was shot at the Madh Fort in Mumbai. ���As we were shooting at an outdoor location, we had to face extremely chilly weather. But the bonfires used for the filming came to our rescue. I used to rush to warm myself up after every shot,��� shared Shruti.
